Heifer International is a non-profit,non-sectarian and humanitarian international non-government organization aiming to end hunger and poverty and continue care for the earth. At present, Heifer International works in almost 130 nations globally and cater close to 13,000 families accross the Philippines through our Values-Based Holistic Community Development Approach. Provisions of agricultural based inputs like livestocks, capacity building activities, livelihood/enterprise assistance through public activity called 'Passing on the Gift' (POG)ceremony.Strengthen the capacity of families in the communities to become self-reliant and resilient whenever hazards occur in the areas.
